Chandigarh, Jan 30 (NationPress) Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini stated on Thursday that new measures are being introduced to promote industrial institutions and enhance investment for economic development.

He mentioned that the policies will be streamlined based on feedback obtained during the pre-budget consultation meetings, and he will personally review the matters concerning the Haryana Enterprise Promotion Centre (HEPC) every three months.

The Chief Minister chaired the sixth pre-budget consultation meeting with stakeholders from the manufacturing sector for 2025-26 in Faridabad.

During the meeting, representatives from various manufacturing organizations shared their recommendations for the forthcoming Budget.

Saini attentively listened to their suggestions and assured that pertinent issues would be taken into account in the upcoming Budget.

He emphasized that the Budget will focus on addressing the current needs alongside long-term objectives.

“The forthcoming Budget embodies our shared aspirations and priorities. To prepare the Budget effectively, it is crucial to engage with all segments of society so that we can make necessary positive strides to meet the needs and aspirations of every citizen of Haryana,” stated an official announcement quoting the Chief Minister.

He noted that Haryana has achieved significant progress in various sectors such as agriculture, industry, education, infrastructure, and technology over recent years.

Priority will be given to constructive proposals aimed at strengthening the rural economy, enhancing industrial investment, empowering the youth through skill development, and promoting social welfare in the upcoming Budget.

To foster inclusivity in the Budget, a meeting was convened with representatives from diverse sectors, and their insights were also solicited.

He also pledged to take into account the suggestions put forth by representatives regarding food processing, enhancing public transport, improving facilities in industrial zones, fostering small industries, skill development, promoting MSMEs, simplifying the ease of doing business, and implementing necessary reforms in industrial policy.
