New Delhi, Feb 27 (NationPress) Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan is set to present awards to the outstanding students of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) during its 57th Convocation Ceremony for the 2024–25 academic year, which will take place on Friday.
Additionally, Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting Ashwini Vaishnaw, who serves as the Chancellor of IIMC, will oversee the ceremonial laying of the foundation stone for a new Academic Block and Hostel Block at the institute.
Prominent attendees will include Sanjay Jaju, Secretary of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting; R. Jagannathan, Chairman of the IIMC Society; Dr. Pragya Paliwal Gaur, Vice Chancellor of IIMC; and L. Madhu Nag, Registrar of IIMC, as stated in an official announcement.
Faculty and staff members will also gather to celebrate this significant academic occasion and honor the accomplishments of the graduating students.
