New Delhi, March 24 (NationPress) The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) of India, General Anil Chauhan, convened with the UK's Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Sir Harvey Smyth, in New Delhi on Tuesday. Their discussions centered around the advancements in training exchanges, intelligence collaboration, and integrated military engagement between the two countries.

In a post on X, the High Commission of India in London remarked, "Propelling the future-ready defence engagement between India and the UK! General Anil Chauhan, CDS, met with Air Chief Marshal Sir Harvey Smyth to discuss the progress made in training exchanges, intelligence collaboration, and integrated military engagement."

During their meeting, General Anil Chauhan praised the successful execution of the 17th Military Sub Group Meeting and expressed optimism about fostering a deeper, more integrated, and future-ready defence partnership between India and the UK.
