Wheat Procurement Surges After Centre Raises Limit

According to Minister Kashyap, over 29 lakh metric tons of wheat have already been acquired, with more than ₹2,546 crore distributed directly to farmers.
To maintain momentum, procurement centres will now operate six days a week, including Saturdays, under close monitoring by district collectors.
