The PMO further mentioned that a cultural program featuring over 800 cadets will be conducted, showcasing the NCC's commitment to nation-building. Additionally, the participation of 144 young cadets from 18 friendly foreign nations will enhance the vibrancy of this year's rally.

Furthermore, more than 650 volunteers from Mera Yuva (MY) Bharat, the Education Ministry, and Tribal Affairs from across the country will also join the NCC PM Rally as special guests, as per the statement.

On January 24, just two days prior, PM Modi had a dynamic and informal interaction with NCC cadets, NSS volunteers, tribal guests, and tableaux artists preparing for the Republic Day parade.

This meeting was held at his residence, Lok Kalyan Marg, and was followed by lively cultural performances that highlighted India’s rich cultural tapestry.

In a break from tradition, the Prime Minister engaged in the session in a distinctive and interactive manner, opting for one-on-one conversations with attendees. This informal environment facilitated deeper connections and allowed participants to engage with PM Modi.

He encouraged attendees to connect with individuals from various states to bolster the spirit of ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’, stating: “These interactions promote understanding and unity, crucial for the nation’s advancement.”

He highlighted that such exchanges are vital in fostering a collective sense of belonging, essential for India's ongoing development.

PM Modi also drew attention to the importance of upholding duties as responsible citizens to realize the vision of Viksit Bharat (Developed India). He remarked: “Staying united and dedicated to enhancing the nation through collective efforts is fundamental to our progress.”

The Prime Minister urged the youth to register on the My Bharat Portal and actively participate in nation-building initiatives. He discussed the value of cultivating positive habits such as discipline, punctuality, and early rising, and encouraged attendees to start diary writing to reflect on their daily activities and growth.

He also addressed several government programs aimed at enhancing citizens' quality of life.
