New Delhi, June 8 (NationPress) Om Birla, the Lok Sabha Speaker, is set to visit the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur on Monday to inaugurate the state-of-the-art Lecture Hall Complex – II and unveil a new comic series aimed at promoting science among the youth.
This visit marks a significant step towards broadening the accessibility of higher education, innovation, and science for the general public.
During this event, Om Birla will also introduce the 'Science Through Play' comic series, designed to make scientific concepts more relatable and enjoyable for children and young adults.
He will inaugurate the Lecture Hall Complex - II in the presence of notable figures including Rajya Sabha member Rajendra Gehlot, social activist Nimbaram, esteemed space scientist and Chairperson of IIT Jodhpur's Board of Governors A.S. Kiran Kumar, along with IIT Jodhpur Director Avinash K. Agarwal and Deputy Director Bhabani K. Satpathy.
