Only the Virtuous Attend Kumbh, Not the Wrongdoers: Ramvilas Das Vedanti

Ayodhya, Jan 12 (NationPress) The Peethadheeshwar of Hindu Dham Ayodhya, Ramvilas Das Vedanti, made strong remarks against Lok Sabha MP Chandrashekhar Azad during an interview with IANS on Sunday. Vedanti asserted, "Only the virtuous attend the Mahakumbh, not the wrongdoers."
He elaborated that wrongdoers are not permitted to participate in the Kumbh. Their attendance is strictly prohibited. Only the virtuous are allowed to be there, excluding wrongdoers.
This statement came in light of a controversial comment made by Lok Sabha MP Chandrashekhar Azad regarding the upcoming Mahakumbh, set to commence in Prayagraj on January 13. The MP had claimed that only those who have committed sins will attend the Kumbh to cleanse themselves of their wrongdoings. He also highlighted the prevailing jungle raj in Uttar Pradesh and raised concerns about life-threatening situations. Furthermore, he mentioned receiving threats to his safety.
In response to inquiries, Vedanti remarked that the dignity of Bharat Mata has been preserved by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He emphasized that the security of our nation can only be guaranteed if we safeguard the dignity of Bharat Mata.
When questioned about the Waqf Board, he argued that to maintain the glory of Bharat Mata, the Waqf Board should be dissolved immediately. He urged individuals to promote harmony.
Regarding the Mahakumbh, Vedanti expressed that misinformation was circulating. He clarified that there has never been a Muslim camp at the Kumbh in its historical context. He accused Owaisi of initiating this matter to create discord between Hindus and Muslims, labeling him a traitor and suggesting his expulsion from India.
On the Sambhal matter, Vedanti mentioned that Sambhal is the land of Kalki, where Kalki's birth is foretold. He urged the community to strive for the liberation of Kalki's land.
