Pappu Yadav Engages with Chief Secretary to Resolve BPSC Exam Concerns

Patna, Dec 30 (NationPress) After a meeting with 10 BPSC candidates backed by Prashant Kishor and Chief Secretary Amrit Lal Meena, Purnea MP Pappu Yadav, together with a team of five candidates, convened with the Chief Secretary on Monday.

The team comprised BPSC candidates Sandeep Giri, Anjali Verma, Gautam Kumar, Ravish Kumar, and Anand Kumar, who submitted comprehensive documentation revealing irregularities in the recent BPSC exams.

They urged Chief Secretary Meena to rectify these issues in favor of the students and demanded a re-examination.

During the discussion, MP Pappu Yadav criticized the BPSC for mismanaging the exam process, asserting, “The BPSC is jeopardizing students' futures. They are facing lathi charges and legal actions. The government must retract these cases, annul the exam, and conduct it again.”

The group expressed optimism that the Chief Secretary would consider their issues seriously and strive for a solution.

Earlier that day, 10 BPSC candidates who were supported by Prashant Kishor met with Chief Secretary Amrit Lal Meena, presenting a five-point list of demands.

The day also saw a confrontation between two notable figures, Prashant Kishor and MP Pappu Yadav. Both leaders exchanged criticism, revealing a significant divide in their strategies concerning the ongoing BPSC exam controversy.

Although both claim to advocate for the students’ interests, their rivalry has become a central theme in the political dialogue in Bihar, complicating the protests further.

The continuing protests regarding the BPSC exam took a dramatic twist when Pappu Yadav accused Prashant Kishor of intimidating candidates at Gardanibagh.

In a pointed and forceful manner, Pappu Yadav indirectly labeled Prashant Kishor, the convenor of Jan Suraj, as a “fraud Kishor.” Without directly naming him, Yadav claimed, “This individual does not represent Jan Suraj but the Daulat Swaraj Party.”

He went on to accuse Kishor of instigating unrest during the protests on Sunday.

“If anyone is to blame for the disturbances that occurred, it is that leader. He has misled the students and plotted to derail the movement. The students will never forgive him, and he must be expelled from Bihar,” Yadav stated.

In retaliation, Prashant Kishor fiercely criticized Pappu Yadav, branding him a “freelancer” in the political arena.

“Pappu Yadav lacks an ideology or a party. He hops from one venue to another, always showing up whenever something is happening just to keep his media visibility,” Kishor remarked.
