Meanwhile, the Rajya Sabha will engage in discussions regarding the operations of the Ministry of Railways.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will present the Bill aimed at elevating the Institute of Rural Management Anand to university status, renaming it as the “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University and designating it as an institution of national significance.

This university is set to provide technical and managerial education and training within the cooperative sector, foster cooperative research and development, and achieve global excellence in line with the vision of “Sahkar Se Samriddhi”, thereby reinforcing the cooperative movement across the nation through a network of educational institutions.

Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal will put forth a Bill that outlines the responsibilities, liabilities, rights, and immunities associated with maritime carriers concerning the transportation of goods by sea, along with related matters.
