Additionally, PVN Madhav, President of the Andhra Pradesh BJP unit, criticized the TMC government of West Bengal. 'It is utterly unfortunate and unacceptable that the Mamata Banerjee-led state government has displayed such contempt for the Hon. President of India, Droupadi Murmu.' He remarked that the President's office commands the highest respect within our constitutional framework, adding that any insult directed at the President is, in essence, an insult to the Constitution and the Indian populace.
