Srinagar, March 31 (NationPress) Eid prayers were held on Monday across Jammu and Kashmir, with the largest assembly of worshippers taking place at the Hazratbal shrine in Srinagar.
Numerous devoted Muslims gathered at various Eidgahs throughout the Union Territory (UT), offering thanksgiving prayers on Eid-ul-Fitr after the conclusion of the holy month of Ramadan.
Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and former CM Farooq Abdullah participated in the prayers at the Hazratbal shrine.
Many children, dressed in new clothes, accompanied their fathers, reflecting their joy on this festive occasion.
