New Delhi, June 17 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to address the Outreach Session of the G7 nations on Tuesday, coinciding with India's rise as the world's fastest-growing economy and the sole nation to achieve over 6 percent GDP growth.

According to data from the IMF, India is leading in economic advancement with a projected 6.2 percent GDP growth for 2025, significantly outpacing other G7 nations. The United States is expected to see a 1.8 percent growth rate, followed by Canada at 1.4 percent, and the United Kingdom at 1.1 percent. Japan and France are both anticipated to record a 0.6 percent GDP growth, while Italy ranks sixth among the G7 with a 0.4 percent increase, and Germany is expected to experience zero growth amid a global economic slowdown.

In terms of industrial growth, India's rate is projected at 5.9 percent for 2024, outstripping other G7 countries.
