Jaipur, Feb 21 (NationPress) The final electoral list of Rajasthan has been officially released, now featuring 5.15 crore registered voters. This announcement comes after the successful completion of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR)-2026 across 199 Assembly constituencies in the state.
The published voter list reveals a total of 5,15,19,929 registered voters, comprising 2,69,57,881 men, 2,45,61,486 women, and 562 individuals from the third gender.
When compared to the draft roll, there is a net increase of 10,48,605 voters, representing a growth of 2.08 percent. Notable districts such as Jaipur, Phalodi, Bharatpur, Sirohi, and Bundi have experienced the highest rises in voter numbers.
The gender ratio has improved from 909 to 911, indicating an increase in female voter registration statewide, particularly in Jaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Sirohi, Dungarpur, Bundi, Jhalawar, and Baran.
Moreover, there has been an increase of 4,35,061 young voters aged between 18 and 19, marking a 0.82 percent growth. Districts like Jaipur, Barmer, Bharatpur, Phalodi, and Bundi have seen the most significant additions of new young voters.
On the day of the final publication, District Election Officers convened meetings with representatives from all recognized political parties, providing them with complimentary soft and hard copies of the 2026 electoral rolls.
Voters are encouraged to verify their names and EPIC details online via the official websites of the Election Department and the Election Commission of India. The processes for inclusion, deletion, and correction of entries in the electoral roll are ongoing through Forms 6, 7, and 8 via the Voters Portal or by reaching out to Booth Level Officers.
The Chief Electoral Officer noted that this extensive revision effort engaged 41 District Election Officers, 199 Electoral Registration Officers, 1,651 Assistant EROs, over 61,000 Booth Level Officers, more than 1.08 lakh Booth Level Agents, volunteers, and all major political parties, along with significant public awareness campaigns through print, electronic, and digital media.
Regular coordination meetings with political parties were held to ensure transparency and accuracy. The final electoral roll for the vacant Assembly constituency will be published on March 12 this year.
