Sudhanshu Trivedi Criticizes AAP Chief Kejriwal Amid CAG Report Controversy

New Delhi, Jan 11 (NationPress) The BJP has unleashed a fierce attack on former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his party, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), asserting that he has no solid ground to defend himself after revelations from a leaked CAG report on the Delhi liquor scam.
In an interview with IANS, BJP spokesperson and Rajya Sabha member Sudhanshu Trivedi stated: "The supposed unwavering honesty of Kejriwal ji has been laid bare. The report from the CAG has disclosed numerous details regarding the Sheesh Mahal and the liquor scam. For Kejriwal, Sheesh Mahal has transformed from being merely a building into a symbol of his true character -- a monument of corruption."
Trivedi further criticized the AAP leader, declaring: "Sheesh Mahal has unveiled Kejriwal on all three levels -- political, moral, and legal. Previously, he faced moral dilemmas he couldn’t address, followed by political challenges. Now, with the CAG’s legal conclusions, there remains no room for defense -- neither for Kejriwal nor for AAP.”
The BJP representative also addressed those who criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent podcast, highlighting the PM’s leadership and innovative strategies.
“In the difficult landscape where our Prime Minister is guiding the nation, his contributions warrant commendation,” Trivedi remarked, pointing to the worsening conditions in neighboring countries like Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. “If anyone dares to question the Prime Minister under such circumstances, it is truly unfortunate,” the BJP leader told IANS.
Trivedi emphasized PM Modi’s emphasis on technology and innovation in governance, stating: "From utilizing audio bridges during the 2014 elections to the adoption of 3D holography, the Prime Minister has ushered in a digital transformation in Indian politics. His usage of podcasts exemplifies his inventiveness and dedication to engaging the public through new methodologies.”
In response to critics, Trivedi expressed in poetic Hindi, “To those who blame us, I have one message -- we have navigated this vessel with remarkable skill and bravery, even igniting lamps amidst the fiercest storms. This embodies the unwavering resolve of our Prime Minister and his vision for the nation.”
