Uttarakhand CM Dhami Praises Mohan Yadav's BJP Government for Establishing a Robust Growth Framework in MP

Bhopal, Dec 24 (NationPress) During his recent trip to Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami conveyed his best wishes to CM Mohan Yadav as he marked one year in his role.
Speaking at an event held by the Madhya Pradesh government to celebrate the reopening of the restored historic Lakha Banjara Lake in the Sagar district of the Bundelkhand region, Dhami highlighted the strong foundation laid by the Mohan Yadav-led BJP administration for the state's development.
Recalling his childhood ties to Sagar, where his late father served in the Mahar Regiment of the Indian Army, Dhami shared fond memories from his formative years spent there.
"My childhood in Sagar is filled with cherished memories. Each street, road, and lake holds a special place in my heart. This sacred land has instilled in me values and a fresh perspective on life,” Dhami expressed.
The Uttarakhand CM further acknowledged the significant advancements achieved by Madhya Pradesh and the Sagar area over the years. He mentioned the reconstruction projects at Kedarnath Dham and Mahakal Lok, which were undertaken under the guidance of PM Narendra Modi.
Alongside his counterpart, CM Mohan Yadav, Dhami inaugurated the renovated Lakha Banjara Lake. The project features the establishment of three water treatment plants surrounding the lake, which covers an area of over 400 acres, effectively preventing sewage from flowing directly into it.
A total of 41 drains that once released wastewater into the lake have been redirected through a newly installed 5.5 km pipeline.
During the event, CM Yadav laid the groundwork for several initiatives in the Bundelkhand region as part of the 'Jan Kalyan Parv' (public welfare campaign), marking the one-year milestone of his administration in Madhya Pradesh.
This event occurred just two days ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's upcoming visit to Chhatapur to initiate the ambitious Ken-Betwa river interlinking project in honor of the 100th birthday of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee on December 25.
"A new era of development for Bundelkhand will commence with the Ken-Betwa Link Project on December 25, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” CM Mohan Yadav stated during the event on Monday.
