Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue Launches, Youth Have a Chance to Present Their 'Vision' to PM Modi

New Delhi, Jan 10 (NationPress) Under the guidance of Union Minister of Youth Affairs & Sports Mansukh Mandaviya, the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue commenced at Bharat Mandapam on Friday, heralding a thrilling lineup of activities over the upcoming three days.
The initiative is designed to offer a distinctive platform for the youth to propose innovative solutions for Viksit Bharat.
Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya announced via X that this event will empower bright and talented youths from across the country to share their visionary concepts for a Viksit Bharat directly with PM Modi.
A total of 3,000 dynamic and motivated youths have been selected to partake in the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue, following a merit-based, multi-tier selection procedure aimed at pinpointing and highlighting the most promising voices from across the nation.
The selected participants include 1,500 from the Viksit Bharat Track, representing the leading 500 teams from state championships; 1,000 from the Traditional Track, chosen through state-level youth festivals and cultural showcases focused on innovation in Science & Technology by young innovators; and 500 Pathbreakers, invited for their groundbreaking contributions across ten thematic areas.
Participants are set to present their innovative concepts at Bharat Mandapam, marking a significant gathering of youth leadership and a vision for Viksit Bharat.
On Friday, a variety of competitions in painting, story writing, music, dance, declamation, and poetry will allow participants to express their vision for a developed India. Later in the evening, a dinner will be hosted by Union Ministers and Members of Parliament. This event will create opportunities for participants to engage directly with policymakers, bridging the gap between youth aspirations and government initiatives.
On the second day, the event will kick off with an inaugural session led by Union Minister of Labour & Employment and Youth Affairs & Sports, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, and Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports Raksha Khadse, alongside other dignitaries from the Ministry.
Participants will then be taken to ten designated locations where discussions will occur on ten identified themes, featuring mentors and domain experts, including S. Somnath, Pawan Goenka, Amitabh Kant, Sachin Bansal, Ronnie Screwvala, Anand Kumar, Ritesh Aggarwal, Bhaichung Bhutia, Chavvi Rajawat, Kalpana Saroj, and others.
A Viksit Bharat Exhibition will be presented, showcasing youth-focused initiatives from both State and Central Ministries. It will provide interactive experiences designed to engage participants with opportunities in education, skill development, entrepreneurship, and culture.
January 12, recognized as National Youth Day to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, will be a defining moment for every participant. This day will feature the most eagerly awaited segment of the event.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will unveil a specially curated Coffee Table Book, compiling the best essays from each of the ten identified themes. PM Modi will also launch the Youth Anthem, a stirring musical piece intended to inspire and unite Indian youth under a shared vision of national progress and development.
The grand plenary session, led by the Prime Minister, will form the highlight of the concluding day. He will address the participants and encourage the youth present to strive for the goal of Viksit Bharat.
