Bhopal, April 15 (NationPress) A rally commemorating the birth anniversary of Dr B.R. Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution, took a grim turn late on Monday night in Morena district, Madhya Pradesh.

What started as a disagreement over music from a DJ escalated into a violent clash, resulting in one young man's death and two others sustaining injuries in the Hingona Khurd area under the Civil Lines Police station.

The dispute arose between the Jatav and Gurjar communities, who live as neighbors in this locality.

Members of the Jatav community were engaged in celebrating Ambedkar Jayanti with a rally and DJ music. Their festivities were interrupted when the Gurjar community raised objections to the loud music, citing a child's birthday celebration in their family.

What began as a simple disagreement over noise soon deteriorated into verbal confrontations and spiraled out of control.

According to police reports, tensions boiled over, and several youths from the Gurjar community resorted to gunfire during the heated argument.

Sadly, a young man from the Jatav community was hit by a bullet and died instantly.

Another victim sustained a gunshot wound to his right hand and was taken to District Hospital Morena for initial treatment before being referred to Gwalior for further care.

A third individual also suffered injuries during the altercation.

The police have not yet released the identities of the victims due to the tense atmosphere, which has heightened tensions in the village.

Reports indicate that additional police units from Morena have been deployed to restore order and ensure the safety of residents.

Extensive security measures are now in place to prevent any further escalation, and law enforcement has promised strict actions against those behind the violence.

Additionally, on Sunday, in Dwarkapura village of Dimni, also in Morena district, a dispute over water erupted into another violent encounter. Both sides armed themselves with sticks and clashed for roughly 20 minutes, leaving several injured, including women. A video capturing this incident has since gone viral.
