The event will feature the launch of the “Voice of Beneficiaries” Booklet 2025–26, which showcases inspiring narratives of individuals whose lives have been transformed through Tele-Law services, illustrating the profound impact of digital access to justice.
A detailed presentation on the DISHA Scheme's progress across India will be shared, showcasing live interactions with Tele-Law Panel Lawyers, Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), and beneficiaries to highlight the real-time effects and grassroots influence of technology-enabled legal assistance.
A special segment will celebrate 150 years of the National Song “Vande Mataram”, featuring local artists and recognizing its historical and cultural importance, as per the statement.
The Consultation will also unveil a White Paper derived from a preceding Technical Session, which compiles insights, recommendations, and best practices from experts, policymakers, and practitioners.
Additionally, an AI-powered chatbot named Nyaya Setu will be introduced. This chatbot serves as a digital link between citizens and legal services, designed to provide instant, easy-to-understand legal information and guidance, assisting users in comprehending their legal rights, accessing Tele-Law services, and navigating dispute resolution processes.
During the event, a series of legal awareness comic books developed in partnership with the National Law University, Delhi, will also be launched.
The consultation is anticipated to attract around 1,200 participants, including officials from the Supreme Court e-Committee, the National Legal Services Authority, members of the Bar, Government Counsels, Tele-Law Panel Lawyers, and Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), as noted in the statement.
