New Delhi, June 10 (NationPress) As we approach the 11th International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2025, the Ministry of Ayush has announced that over 50,000 organizations nationwide have registered to participate in Yoga Sangam, marking a significant milestone in collaborative engagement. The event is scheduled for June 21 from 6:30 am to 7:45 am.
This year's theme, 'Yoga for One Earth, One Health', serves as a universal call for unity and wellness. Renowned institutions including IITs, IIMs, and several Central Universities, alongside numerous corporate and private entities, are set to join the initiative.
Leading the charge, Rajasthan boasts over 11,000 registered organizations, making it the state with the highest participation. Following closely is Telangana with more than 7,000 registrations, and Madhya Pradesh nearing 5,000 registrations, according to the ministry.
With an expectation of over one lakh locations hosting the IDY event, the Ministry of Ayush invites all citizens, institutions, and communities to unite in this global celebration of India’s enduring wisdom.
