Can Dabang Delhi K.C. Maintain Their Winning Streak Against Telugu Titans?

Jaipur, Sep 17 (NationPress) Dabang Delhi K.C. has showcased an exceptional performance in Season 12 of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), securing their sixth consecutive victory against the Telugu Titans at the SMS Indoor Stadium on Wednesday. After falling behind by five points during the first half, Neeraj Narwal stepped up, scoring nine points, with significant contributions from Saurabh Nandal and Fazel Atrachali, who each recorded High Fives.

The match commenced with the Telugu Titans taking an early lead, initiated by a successful raid from Vijay Malik. They quickly capitalized on this momentum, as Shubham Shinde executed an impressive tackle, making the score 2-0. The Titans continued to assert their dominance, with Bharat adding a raid point followed by a robust tackle on Ashu Malik, extending their lead to 4-0.

Dabang Delhi finally got on the scoreboard with a well-timed tackle from Surjeet Singh during a do-or-die raid. Shortly after, Manjeet executed a successful raid, narrowing the deficit to 5-2. Neeraj Narwal then contributed another point, helping to revive the Dabang Delhi captain and reducing the gap to 5-3.

As the first half progressed, Dabang Delhi gradually found their rhythm, closing the gap to 5-4 by the time the first time-out was called.

Upon resuming, the Telugu Titans displayed a strong performance, quickly accumulating points to widen their advantage. Their defense remained resolute, successfully stopping Ashu Malik once again, which helped extend their lead to 8-4 with just over six minutes remaining in the first half.

The Titans' defensive line maintained their intensity throughout the remainder of the half, consistently thwarting Dabang Delhi’s raiders. Their cohesive effort allowed them to enter halftime with a 14-9 lead, firmly in control of the match.

Dabang Delhi launched a powerful comeback in the second half, ignited by a spectacular Super Raid from Neeraj Narwal that earned them three points and closed the gap to 14-15.

However, the Telugu Titans quickly retaliated with a well-executed Super Tackle, regaining control and extending their lead to 19-14. Dabang Delhi then made a game-changing move by inflicting an All Out, taking their first lead of the match at 20-19 with just over 13 minutes left to play. They capitalized on this momentum, extending their advantage to 21-19.

With Fazel Atrachali leading defensively, he executed several sharp tackles and achieved a well-deserved High Five, helping the team extend their lead to 27-22 within the initial four minutes of the second half.

While Dabang Delhi appeared dominant for most of the second half, the Telugu Titans continued to press, narrowing the gap to just three points in the final three minutes. Nevertheless, Delhi's overall performance ensured they maintained control of the match.

The Titans remained competitive as Shubham Shinde executed a crucial tackle to make it 27-30, followed by a successful raid from Praful Zaware, bringing the score to 28-30. With just over 40 seconds left, the teams were separated by only two points.

However, Akshit came through for Dabang Delhi with a pivotal Super Raid that elevated their lead to 33-28, effectively sealing the match. The Titans managed to secure one more point, but the Season 8 champions held on for the 33-29 victory.
