New Delhi, Feb 2 (NationPress) The International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially revealed that a total of 16 warm-up matches will take place from February 2 to 6 in preparation for the upcoming 2026 Men’s T20 World Cup, which is set to commence on February 7.

These warm-up matches will be hosted across four cities in the co-hosting nations of India and Sri Lanka. In India, venues such as the BCCI Centre of Excellence (CoE) Ground 1 in Bengaluru, DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, and M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai will accommodate the matches.

In Sri Lanka, warm-up games will be held at the SSC Cricket Ground, R. Premadasa Stadium, and Colombo Cricket Club Ground. The reigning champions, India, are scheduled to play a warm-up match against South Africa on February 4 in Navi Mumbai, while India A will face the USA and Namibia on the evenings of February 2 and February 6, respectively.
