Guwahati, March 26 (NationPress) Assam's Chief Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma, unveiled a set of significant commitments on Thursday, ahead of the forthcoming Assembly elections. These pledges include extensive land reforms and the creation of a medical college in Bajali within a nine-month timeframe following the formation of the next government.
During an election rally in Bajali, the Chief Minister stated that, if given the mandate again, his administration would launch a comprehensive eviction initiative to reclaim encroached land throughout the state.
