New Delhi, Nov 28 (NationPress) The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) has launched a scathing critique of the Congress, asserting that the historical party has fallen into utter disarray, with its own members now vocally opposing the leadership of the Gandhi-Vadra family. This scenario aligns perfectly with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s aspiration for a “Congress-mukt Bharat”.
During a press conference at the BJP headquarters, National Spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari highlighted the intense internal conflicts plaguing the Congress party.
“In Karnataka, the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister are embroiled in a fierce struggle for power. In Bihar, party members are openly accusing the Gandhi-Vadra family of manipulation and ticket misappropriation. In Jammu & Kashmir, the situation is so severe that the Congress is unable to find even one individual willing to act as its spokesperson,” he stated.
Bhandari emphasized that these events illustrate a complete erosion of trust among Congress workers towards their high command.
“From Karnataka to Bihar and Jammu & Kashmir, the Congress is in a battle against itself. Its own members are speaking out against dynastic politics, admitting that as long as the party remains in the hands of the Gandhi-Vadra family, their political future will be in jeopardy,” Bhandari remarked.
He cited numerous instances where Congress leaders and members have publicly criticized the central leadership in recent weeks, labeling the party as a “private limited company” and a “political franchise” where ordinary workers feel they have no stake or faith in the upper echelons.
“Prime Minister Modi has asserted that the nation will become Congress-free. Today, it is the Congress workers themselves who are making this a reality. Some are confronting corruption allegations, some are struggling to find spokespersons, and others are protesting against ticket manipulation. The public has suffered under Congress rule, and now even its own members recognize that under the Gandhi-Vadra family, the party’s political stability has always been compromised,” Bhandari concluded.
The BJP spokesperson predicted that the escalating discontent within Congress will only hasten the party’s decline, particularly as vital assembly elections loom in several states in the coming two years.
