Patna, Nov 2 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a pointed critique of the Congress and the RJD during a rally in Arrah, asserting that both parties are facing internal discord regarding their chief ministerial candidate for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections in 2025.

While addressing the crowd, PM Modi alleged that Congress was initially reluctant to concede the CM position to the RJD.

“Let me reveal something. Congress was not prepared to hand over the chief ministerial role to the RJD. In their private discussions, RJD leaders supposedly presented a ‘katta’ to Congress leaders, compelling them to declare their CM candidate,” PM Modi asserted.

He claimed that the disagreement between the two parties has escalated to a level where they are failing to synchronize their manifestos or campaigning strategies.

“This rivalry has become so pronounced that they may begin to turn against one another post-elections,” he warned.

PM Modi reiterated his criticism of the RJD's governance, referring to it as a time of fear and chaos.

“Country-made firearms, brutality, mismanagement, and corruption — that was the essence of Jungle Raj,” he stated.

He referenced a 2004 incident involving a government doctor in the Tarari block who was reportedly abducted while returning home.

Furthermore, PM Modi brought up the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, accusing Congress of honoring the perpetrators.

“On November 1-2, 1984 — Congress members executed the Sikh massacre. The current Congress continues to lift up those responsible. Neither Congress nor the RJD has shown any remorse for their past actions,” he charged.

He accused both parties of supporting illegal immigrants and harming Bihar’s identity.

PM Modi also mentioned “Operation Sindoor,” asserting that India has demonstrated its determination to combat terrorism.

“We infiltrate terrorist hideouts and neutralize them. Pakistan was rattled, while Congress-RJD were uneasy. You celebrated Operation Sindoor, swelling with pride, but Congress-RJD disapproved. Bomb blasts were occurring in Pakistan, disturbing Congress's royal family's sleep. To this day, both Pakistan and Congress's dynastic leaders have yet to recover from the shock of Operation Sindoor,” he emphasized.

On Article 370, PM Modi reminded attendees of his commitment regarding Jammu and Kashmir.

“After 70 years of Independence, Article 370 was abolished, and the Constitution of India is now fully operational in Jammu and Kashmir,” he remarked.

The Prime Minister stated that the NDA has proposed a transparent and visionary manifesto intended to enhance Bihar’s development, contrasting it with the rival alliance’s manifesto, which he described as filled with falsehoods.

“Every pledge, every initiative is aimed at the swift advancement of Bihar. On one side is the NDA’s honest manifesto, and on the other, the Jungle Raj,” PM Modi stated.

He reaffirmed the NDA’s goal of generating 1 crore jobs in the next few years, claiming that the framework for this initiative has been presented to the people.

PM Modi mentioned the increasing global interest in Made in India products, expressing the government’s intention to establish Bihar as a hub for manufacturing by bolstering small and cottage industries statewide.

As an example, he noted that Bihar, which once imported fish from other states, is now exporting fish thanks to NDA policies.

He also declared an increase in financial support under the PM-Kisan scheme for small farmers in Bihar.

“Currently, farmers receive Rs 6,000 annually under PM-Kisan. The new NDA government in Bihar will enhance this amount by an additional Rs 3,000,” he announced.

Additionally, he highlighted the recently launched Bihar Milk Mission aimed at increasing livestock farmers' income.

PM Modi emphasized the NDA’s commitment to ensuring that Bihar’s youth have opportunities within their state.

“Our promise is that Bihar’s youth will work in Bihar and elevate its status,” he concluded.
