Gurugram: Trio Arrested for Vandalism and Vehicle Arson

Gurugram, Dec 17 (NationPress) The Gurugram Police have taken into custody three individuals, one of whom is a Dhaba owner, and have registered cross FIRs related to vandalism and the incineration of vehicles due to a feud occurring close to the jail complex in Sohna Chowk, according to police reports.
The suspects have been named as Aniket, a resident of Khandsa village in Gurugram, along with Hemant (the Dhaba owner) and Mohit, both hailing from Islampur, Gurugram.
As per police accounts, on December 15, a report was received at the Shivaji Nagar Police Station regarding an altercation at the 'Jail Ki Roti Boti Dhaba' located near Sohna Chowk, Gurugram.
Upon receiving the alert, the police team arrived at the scene only to discover that the injured party had already been transported to the hospital. The police subsequently proceeded to the hospital for further investigation but did not locate the injured individual.
On December 16, another individual submitted a complaint at the Shivaji Nagar police station. In this complaint, he detailed that while dining at Jail Ki Roti Boti Dhaba with owner Hemant Sharma and a friend on December 15, they encountered some individuals celebrating a birthday party next to a parked vehicle. When he placed a food order, these individuals began to verbally abuse him, escalating to physical assault. His friends intervened but were also attacked and threatened with death.
This complaint led to the registration of FIR number 441 under appropriate legal provisions at Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Gurugram.
In a related account, on December 15, another individual informed the police that he was at a birthday gathering with friends near Sohna Chowk. During this time, he picked up a chair from near Jail Ki Roti Boti Dhaba to use. However, the Dhaba owner and his associates assaulted him, vandalizing his auto and setting an Eco car ablaze. This incident resulted in another FIR, number 442, being filed at Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Gurugram.
In the course of their investigation, police managed to apprehend Aniket in connection with FIR number 441 from Shivaji Nagar, Gurugram, on Monday. Following this, Hemant and Mohit were also arrested.
Records indicate that Aniket has prior offenses, with two cases registered against him under the Excise Act in Gurugram.
“Police teams have been organized to apprehend additional suspects involved in these cases. Every effort is being made by these teams to arrest all parties implicated in the aforementioned crimes. The investigation is ongoing,” stated Sandeep Kumar, spokesperson for the Gurugram police.
