In addition to their criminal activities in Delhi, Lakshya and Neeraj are also associated with a significant murder case in Haryana. According to police sources, their arrest represents a major breakthrough in ongoing efforts to dismantle organized crime syndicates operating across state lines and internationally.
The Delhi Police reaffirmed its dedication to combating gangs that commit crimes within the country while operating from foreign locations. Authorities issued a stern warning to such networks, asserting that no criminal would escape the grasp of law enforcement agencies.
This recent operation is not the first against the Himanshu Bhau gang. Previously, two sharpshooters affiliated with the gang were arrested by the Delhi Police Crime Branch. On the night of January 22–23, an encounter occurred on Dichau Kalan Road near Hirankundna in Haryana, resulting in the capture of Vicky alias ‘Mowgli’ and his companion Chander Bhan.
Both were wanted in numerous serious cases, including murder, attempted murder, and extortion. The Haryana Police had also announced rewards for their capture.
