Patna, Jan 25 (NationPress) Political strategist and Jan Suraaj Founder Prashant Kishor asserted on Saturday that Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is unfit to lead the state.

In a conversation with reporters, Kishor voiced concerns regarding Nitish Kumar's declining ability to serve as the state's Chief Minister.

He challenged the Chief Minister, stating: "If Nitish Kumar can name his cabinet members and their respective departments without looking at papers, I will withdraw my entire campaign against him and offer my support once more."

Kishor further claimed the Chief Minister is mentally and physically drained.

Intensifying his critique of CM Nitish, Kishor criticized the government for the worsening law and order situation in Bihar.

Following the Mokama shooting incident, Kishor alleged that the power of mafias in Bihar has escalated, accusing criminals of having connections with those in authority.

"When we have sand mafia, liquor mafia, and bureaucratic dominance in Bihar, how can we expect effective law enforcement? It is well-known what ties exist between criminals and the authorities," said Kishor.

Relating this incident to his unfit claim against the JD(U) leader, Kishor remarked: "When the Chief Minister is unable to make decisions and govern the state, such occurrences are inevitable."

Kishor predicted that this would be the JD(U) leader's last term as Chief Minister, suggesting that his political journey is nearing its conclusion.

In a mocking tone towards CM Nitish, Kishor stated: "Let us permit him to enjoy his remaining days at the Chief Minister’s residence since he will not assume the role of Chief Minister of Bihar again."

These remarks signify Prashant Kishor's ongoing campaign against the Nitish Kumar-led government, highlighting what he perceives as failures in governance and a decline in credibility within the administration.

Notably, on Friday, Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey ridiculed Kishor, claiming he is mentally unstable and in need of treatment.

Criticizing Kishor, who protested for the cancellation of the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) exams, the Health Minister labeled his fast as a theatrics for public attention.
