Mumbai, May 7 (NationPress) Political parties across Maharashtra have expressed their support for the successful air strikes, known as Operation Sindoor, executed by the Indian armed forces on nine terrorist sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
The operation was a direct response to the heinous terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22, which claimed the lives of 26 innocent tourists.
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis shared his sentiments on X, proclaiming, “Jai Hind. Bharat Mata Ki Jai.”
Deputy Chief Minister and Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde also responded with a firm, “Jai Hind.”
Deputy Chief Minister and NCP president Ajit Pawar remarked that 'Operation Sindoor' has reaffirmed India’s stance against Pakistan-sponsored terrorism.
“In retaliation to the attack, India decisively struck back at the terrorists through Operation Sindoor early this morning with calculated, precise strikes. Reports indicate that nine terrorist camps were destroyed during the operation. We have sent a clear message—such actions will persist until Pakistan-sponsored terrorism is entirely eliminated,” he stated.
Ajit Pawar commended the Indian armed forces, reinforcing the nation’s unwavering faith in their capabilities and expressing solidarity with them.
