Patna, Oct 23 (NationPress) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar delivered an impactful address at an election rally on Thursday, held at the Narpalia playground in Manjhi block of Saran district, renowned as the birthplace of Jayaprakash Narayan (JP), in favor of JD-U candidate Randhir Singh.
During his presentation, Nitish Kumar emphasized the significant developmental milestones achieved over the past two decades under his leadership and urged the public to reinforce the NDA government for Bihar's ongoing advancement.
The Chief Minister pointed out that Bihar has transformed drastically since the 1990s.
“In the past, residents would confine themselves indoors after dark due to safety concerns and chaos. Now, tranquility, safety, and development are evident throughout Bihar. This transformation is a result of your support,” Nitish stated.
He highlighted advancements in multiple sectors such as education, health care, infrastructure, electricity, and drinking water, asserting that roads now connect every village and that most households have access to tap water and electricity.
Additionally, he mentioned the provision of 125 units of free electricity to each household, which has resulted in zero electricity bills for around 1.7 crore families across the state.
