New Delhi, Oct 21 (NationPress) Union Minister Piyush Goyal expressed his heartfelt congratulations to Justice Pratibha M. Singh, a judge of the Delhi High Court, on her recent appointment as the Chair of the World Intellectual Property Organisation's (WIPO) Advisory Board of Judges.

Her term on the advisory board will span from 2025 to 2027.
