Individuals in Damoh can conveniently apply through the 'MP Online Cafe' for the PM Vishwakarma Yojana. Once their application is accepted, beneficiaries undergo six days of complimentary training at various centers, where they acquire skills in sewing, embroidery, knitting, craftsmanship, toy production, light fittings, and furniture crafting.
Upon successfully completing the training, each beneficiary receives a payment of Rs 3,000 at a rate of Rs 500 per day, along with a travel allowance of Rs 1,000, which is directly credited to their bank accounts. Additionally, they receive a certificate that aids in securing employment and loans.
