Mumbai, Oct 9 (NationPress) Bollywood icon Saif Ali Khan has, for the first time, shared on video the chilling details of the night when he faced a knife-wielding intruder at his residence. Interestingly, he disclosed that his younger son Jeh and their nanny were also affected by the attack.

During a discussion on Kajol and Twinkle Khanna's talk show “Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle”, he recounted how the terrifying incident unfolded late at night while his family, including his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and their children, were present at home.

He described the sequence of events: “We had just settled down for the night. Kareena had just returned, and after a brief chat, we went to sleep.”

Suddenly, their maid entered, mentioning that someone was in Jeh's room asking for money. Saif rushed into the dark room, only to find the intruder standing by his son's bed with a knife.

Saif revealed that the attacker had already harmed Jeh. “While threatening Jeh and the nanny with the knife, he had managed to cut Jeh's hand and injure the nanny,” he explained.

He continued, “I saw the attacker and, thinking he was smaller than me, I jumped on him. Jeh later remarked that it was a major mistake—I should have punched or kicked instead. But we both engaged in a frantic struggle. He wielded two knives, slashing wildly, and I tried to recall my training to defend myself. Suddenly, I felt a severe blow to my back.”

Saif described the extent of his injuries, stating, “At that moment, he had cut me everywhere—my neck and back—resulting in blood everywhere.” He recalled his son Taimur’s panic during the ordeal: “I glanced at Taimur, and he looked at me in shock, thinking I might not survive. I reassured him, ‘I’m fine, just some pain in my back.’”

After the attack, Saif was taken to the hospital. “Kareena decided to take Jeh to her sister's home while I rushed into a rickshaw, with Taimur following. Upon reaching the hospital, I insisted on a stretcher despite the staff’s insistence on a wheelchair. When I mentioned, ‘I’m Saif Ali Khan and this is a medical emergency,’ they quickly sprang into action.”

As the harrowing tale unfolded, Kajol, Twinkle, and Akshay Kumar praised Saif's bravery and quick thinking in protecting his family.

For context, this shocking attack occurred in January 2025 at Saif Ali Khan's residence. He spent nearly 10 days in the hospital recovering from stab wounds and a spinal injury.
