In light of forthcoming political changes, Naidu pointed out that the anticipated delimitation could potentially raise the number of seats by 50%, alongside the introduction of a 33% reservation for women, creating significant prospects for dedicated party members.
The Chief Minister urged every party member to embody the TDP ethos through their personal behavior and community service.
He called on leaders and cadre to maintain close ties with the populace, comprehend their concerns, and strive for resolutions. He reiterated that a robust party translates to a robust state, and the party's success equates to the state's success.
Naidu acknowledged the party's journey, filled with both victories and trials over the years. He paid homage to party workers who have sacrificed, faced adversities, and even lost their lives for the party.
Reflecting on past struggles, he recalled significant challenges, such as political sabotage during previous administrations, threats to his life, and the hardships endured by party leaders and workers historically.
The Chief Minister also recounted his imprisonment from 2019 to 2024, highlighting that the party's current standing is a testament to the relentless dedication of its members.
He cautioned that leaders who disregard or trouble the cadre will not be tolerated.
Chandrababu Naidu showcased several key initiatives, including enhanced social pensions, the "Super Six" programs, job creation strategies, recruitment initiatives, and industrial investments aimed at fostering employment.
He reaffirmed the government’s stance against raising electricity tariffs and committed to completing major projects like Polavaram and developing Amaravati into a future-ready capital.
The Chief Minister stated that the TDP represents development-centric politics and encouraged party members to effectively counter misinformation by remaining engaged with the public and highlighting the government's accomplishments.
Earlier, the Chief Minister unfurled the party flag at the TDP central office, joined by TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh, state party president Palla Srinivas, and other senior officials.
Floral tributes were offered to the statue of N. T. Rama Rao, the party's founder.
Later, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, along with Minister Nara Lokesh, hosted a luncheon for senior party workers who have consistently dedicated themselves to the party since its inception.
Senior party leaders from nearly 60 constituencies participated. Both the Chief Minister and Lokesh engaged closely with the party members, inquiring about their health and family well-being.
