Chief Minister Gupta informed that the Delhi government is executing the Yamuna clean-up campaign with urgency, following a phased, scientific, and well-structured approach.
She conveyed that continuous efforts are being made for the rejuvenation of the Yamuna by enhancing the disposal of silt and other debris, waste management, sewage treatment, biological treatment, and monitoring systems.
Gupta reiterated that the Delhi Government will provide all necessary support for initiatives that promote public participation in environmental conservation.
She urged citizens to maintain consistent awareness, discipline, and involvement in preserving the Yamuna, asserting that a clean Yamuna will symbolize a clean, healthy, and empowered Delhi.
