New Delhi, Nov 5 (NationPress) The subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Ltd., announced on Wednesday that it has exceeded 3 lakh electric commercial vehicles in sales, claiming to be the first original equipment manufacturer in India to reach this impressive milestone.
The company reported achieving the sale of 1 lakh vehicles within just 12 months.
Mahindra's diverse electric vehicle fleet, including the Treo range, Zor Grand, e-Alfa three-wheelers, and Mahindra ZEO four-wheeler, has collectively traversed over 5 billion kilometres and has offset more than 185 kilotonnes of carbon dioxide, equating to the environmental benefit of planting over 4.3 million trees, as stated by the company.
With a proactive approach to EVs and a strong commitment to electrifying last-mile mobility, MLMML has consistently collaborated with multiple partners to foster a robust ecosystem, thereby enhancing customer adoption.
By focusing on continuous innovation and integrating customer insights, MLMML has rolled out new and upgraded products in recent years, including the Treo Plus sheet metal, e-Alfa Plus, Zor Grand Range Plus, and Mahindra ZEO.

Additionally, MLMML highlighted that its customer-centric UDAY NXT program offers benefits such as a Rs 20 Lakh driver accidental insurance cover and financial counseling.
Moreover, MLMML recently launched the upgraded NEMO platform on iOS, Android, and Web, allowing drivers and fleet managers to remotely manage and monitor their vehicles.
Key new features include multi-vehicle management within a single app, geo-tracking, service booking, roadside assistance (RSA), and a comprehensive charging network location feature, among others, as noted by the company.
