Chandigarh, March 7 (NationPress) In a surprising development, rapper Badshah is currently embroiled in significant legal troubles due to backlash over his latest track, Tatiri.

The Haryana Police have ramped up their actions against Badshah concerning purportedly objectionable content in his newly released song “Tatiri”, with measures underway to issue a Look Out Circular (LOC) to bar him from exiting the country.

As per officials, a First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged at the Cyber Police Station located in Sector 20, Panchkula.

The case revolves around the song and its accompanying video “Tatiri,” which authorities allege contains inappropriate content and depicts women and minors in a negative light.

According to police reports, the video allegedly features young girls in short school uniforms discarding their bags and fleeing from academic responsibilities.

Furthermore, the term “Badshala” used in the lyrics is claimed to present a negative image of the educational system.

Authorities also indicated that the song contains indecent language directed at women and girls.

The Haryana Police's Public Relations Officer remarked that notices have been dispatched to Badshah, whose real name is Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia, instructing him to report to the police without delay.

Several police teams have been established to ensure his apprehension and are conducting searches in various locations.

Additionally, the process of issuing a Look Out Circular against the rapper has commenced to prevent him from fleeing during the investigation.

The Panchkula Police have already taken down the song from YouTube and have requested other social media platforms to remove the related video as well.

During the investigation, authorities discovered that a Haryana Roadways bus from the Jind depot is featured in the video.

Officials are probing whether the necessary permissions were obtained from the relevant department for the bus's appearance.

If it’s determined that the bus was used without proper authorization, those responsible may face action under Section 120-B of the BNS.

Moreover, the video reportedly showcases a government school campus. Police are verifying if the required permissions were secured for filming at this location.

Should it be found that the premises were utilized without approval, further legal actions will be taken against the accountable parties.

Authorities have also cautioned that individuals creating or sharing reels or videos related to this controversial song and disseminating objectionable content may face legal repercussions.

The investigation is ongoing, and further actions will be executed in accordance with the law.
