Lana, at 39 years old, shared the unique inspiration behind this enchanting ballad, which uses the bluebird as a metaphor for personal healing.

According to 'People', she spontaneously created the melody after a bird collided with her window during a period of uncertainty.

The Grammy nominee recounted, "I had been involved with someone for a long time, and we hadn't met in a while. He called me to see if I wanted to go for a walk. Although I was excited, I had my doubts about it. I said yes and started to get ready when suddenly a bird crashed into my bedroom's double-pane window. I was taken aback. I opened the door and saw a small bird, possibly a sparrow, right there. I was overwhelmed with emotion."

The 'Video Games' artist continued, "When you feel that something is meant for you, I believe nature communicates with you in its own way, particularly in challenging moments, not sacrificially but rather to guide you. I didn't concern myself with the bird's condition."
