Tehran, March 1 (NationPress) The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran declared on Sunday the initiation of the fifth phase of Operation True Promise 4, specifically targeting American vessels in the Indian Ocean that are engaged in transporting ammunition and refueling activities.
