'Whoever has brought drugs into Punjab and pushed Punjab's youth towards drugs must face the strictest action under the law,' Dhaliwal said. AAP Hits Back at BJP Over Gujarat Drug Route

In a sharp counter-offensive, Dhaliwal turned the spotlight on the BJP, alleging that large quantities of drugs were entering India through ports in BJP-ruled Gujarat before being routed through various states, including Punjab. He called on Union Home Minister Amit Shah to explain the drug consignments being seized at Gujarat ports. 'Why does the BJP not start its 'Nasha Mukt Yatra' from Gujarat and answer questions about the drug consignments being seized there?' Dhaliwal asked.
