Ahmedabad, May 14 (NationPress) Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah is preparing to inaugurate a flyover at Pallav Char Rasta in Ahmedabad's Naranpura area this Sunday. This initiative is part of Union Minister Shah's Gandhinagar Lok Sabha constituency, where he previously served as the representative for the Naranpura Assembly seat during his political career in Gujarat.
Constructed at a remarkable cost of Rs 117 crore, the flyover spans the 132-feet Ring Road and is anticipated to alleviate congestion for approximately 1.5 lakh commuters every day.
The structure measures 935 metres in length and 8.4 metres in width, reaching a height of 5.37 metres at the Pragatinagar junction. Featuring 62 spans, the flyover is designed to enhance traffic flow in one of the city’s busiest routes.
