Hyderabad, Sep 15 (NationPress) - On Monday, a city court issued a summons to Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Bandi Sanjay Kumar, in a civil defamation lawsuit initiated by Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K.T. Rama Rao over allegations related to the phone-tapping scandal.
The City Civil Court heard Rama Rao's petition, which seeks ₹10 crore in damages for allegedly making “false, malicious, and defamatory” statements.
