BPSC Issues Legal Notice to Educational Figure Guru Rahman Following Khan Sir's Notice

Patna, Jan 12 (NationPress) The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has served a legal notice to well-known educator Guru Rahman on Saturday, as reported by officials.
Previously, the commission had sent a similar notice to Faizal Khan, famously known as Khan Sir, on the same day.
The BPSC has accused Guru Rahman of collaborating with Khan Sir to incite students against the commission.
Allegations have been made that Guru Rahman spread misinformation among candidates regarding the normalization process in the 70th BPSC Preliminary examination, claiming that both he and Khan Sir exacerbated protests against the commission.
Earlier, the Patna Police had also issued a notice to Guru Rahman for his involvement in protests held by BPSC candidates in Gardanibagh, Patna.
The police requested evidence related to the alleged paper leak incident.
Furthermore, the Patna police had warned Guru Rahman, who is affectionately referred to as Daroga Guru in Bihar, to avoid the protest site in Gardanibagh until January 3.
Rahman visited the Gardanibagh police station, where he met with an officer of Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) rank.
The officer reportedly advised Rahman against inciting the protesting candidates.
The BPSC has intensified its stance against Guru Rahman and Khan Sir, issuing separate notices that demand apologies within a 15-day timeframe.
If the two do not comply, the commission has warned of potential legal repercussions.
Additionally, the BPSC has dispatched notices to all five branches of Khan Global coaching centers, which are located in Mukherjee Nagar and Karol Bagh in Delhi, Boring Road and Musallahpur Haat in Patna, as well as Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh.
Khan Sir has been accused of using offensive and inappropriate language directed at the chairman, secretary, and other officials of the commission.
The notice specifically highlights his comments aimed at the officials, detailing these allegations in a comprehensive five-page document sent to the coaching centers.
This series of actions by the commission follows allegations that both Khan Sir and Guru Rahman incited students against the BPSC by disseminating misinformation and making incendiary remarks.
