Bihar Public Service Commission Takes Legal Action Against Khan Sir for Offensive Comments

Patna, Jan 11 (NationPress) The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has formally issued a legal notice to the renowned educator and YouTuber Faisal Khan, better known as Khan Sir, for purportedly making derogatory comments concerning the BPSC Chairman, Secretary, and other personnel.
Khan Sir, who enjoys a substantial following for his educational content, has faced backlash from the commission due to these alleged remarks, leading to legal proceedings.
The BPSC has intensified its measures against Khan Sir by sending a comprehensive five-page legal notice to all five branches of his coaching institute, Khan Global.
These branches are situated in Mukherjee Nagar and Karol Bagh in Delhi, Boring Road and Musallahpur Hat in Patna, and Prayagraj.
The notice demands a public apology within 15 days for the alleged defamatory remarks directed at the commission's officials.
The notice accuses Faisal Khan of disseminating unverified claims on December 5 and 6, 2024, regarding the implementation of normalization in the 70th Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Examination without prior consultation with the commission. This alleged misinformation has sparked unrest among students.
The BPSC claims that Khan Sir instigated students to protest against the commission, thereby undermining its authority and reputation.
Additionally, Khan Sir is accused of using inappropriate language regarding the commission's officers, including allegations of corruption in the recruitment process for high-ranking positions such as SDM and DSP.
He reportedly claimed that middle-class candidates would prevent such positions from being “sold” by the commission, insinuating widespread corruption.
During a speech to students in Gaya on December 29, 2024, Khan Sir is alleged to have employed offensive language, including the phrase “Baklol Kahi ka” (directed at BPSC officials), along with accusations that officers were involved in job selling.
The BPSC perceives Khan Sir's comments and conduct as defamatory, malicious, and insulting.
The notice asserts that these statements have caused considerable harm to the BPSC's reputation, characterizing the educator's actions as an unlawful attempt to damage its credibility.
According to the notice, Faisal Khan is obligated to issue an apology to the commission and its officials within 15 days. Failure to comply could lead to further legal ramifications. Khan Sir has consistently been outspoken about various issues impacting students and competitive examinations.
