Amaravati, June 12 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N. Chandrababu Naidu, has conveyed his profound shock regarding the tragic aviation disaster in Ahmedabad that occurred on Thursday.
"I am deeply shocked and saddened by the catastrophic plane crash in Ahmedabad. Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with the passengers, crew, their families, and the affected local community," CM Naidu shared on ‘X’.
Air India’s Flight AI171, bound for London with 242 individuals on board, tragically crashed near Ahmedabad airport shortly after its takeoff.
In response to the incident, Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu, who was in Vijayawada celebrating the first anniversary of the NDA government, promptly headed to Ahmedabad upon learning of the crash.
