Cyberabad Police issued the traffic advisory factoring in public safety, the likelihood of severe traffic congestion, and the need for uninterrupted emergency services across the city.

What the Police Commissioner Said

Hyderabad Police Commissioner V.C. Sajjanar personally inspected traffic flow and road conditions at the Panjagutta and Khairatabad junctions and issued on-ground instructions to officers on duty. He urged residents to stay updated with warnings issued by the Meteorological Department and plan daily commutes in advance based on rain forecasts.

The Commissioner stated that the police are working in close coordination with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) and other government agencies to ensure minimal public inconvenience, with personnel deployed continuously on the ground to address traffic issues as they arise.
