Gurugram, April 20 (NationPress) A team from the crime branch of the Gurugram police has detained four suspects involved in various offenses, authorities confirmed.

In the initial case, a crime branch unit from Sector-39 apprehended a motorbike thief named Mustakin, hailing from Nuh district.

The police seized three bullet motorcycles, one Hero Splendor bike, and a master key from his possession.

His arrest took place near the government hospital in Gurugram on April 17.

A report concerning this incident was filed at the Sector-50 police station in Gurugram.

In the second incident, a team from Gurugram's Sector-40 apprehended a suspect named Anil, who is from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, on Saturday.

Previously, police had arrested his accomplice on April 16, who was found with illegal firearms.

A case against both suspects under pertinent sections of the Arms Act was registered at the Sector-65 police station, police stated.

In the third case, the crime branch of Gurugram's Sector-10 arrested a burglar identified as Karan, also from Uttar Pradesh.

His arrest occurred near Alpine School in the Basai area on Saturday.

The suspect had previously targeted a flat in F-block of Palam Vihar, stealing a laptop on April 15.

Following a complaint from the victim, a case of theft was registered at the Palam Vihar police station in Gurugram on April 17, according to police.

The suspect is linked to five theft cases.

Two laptops were also recovered from him.

In the final incident, a team from Sector-40 apprehended a security guard who allegedly pilfered a copper pipe from an under-construction site where he was assigned.

The suspect, identified as Ajay Singh, also known as Suraj, is originally from Uttarakhand.

He was arrested on Saturday in the Sector-47 area of Gurugram.

Authorities recovered over 12 kg of copper pipe from his possession, police reported.
