Chandigarh, March 11 (NationPress) Haryana has marked a pivotal achievement in enhancing the government school education system by finalizing the selection of 250 institutions under the Pradhan Mantri Schools for Rising India (PM SHRI) initiative. These schools are being transformed into eco-friendly campuses featuring state-of-the-art learning facilities and digital classrooms.
This accomplishment positions Haryana as a frontrunner in the execution of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, showcasing the state’s dedication to evolving government schools into future-ready centers of excellence.
During a review meeting regarding the scheme's financial and academic progress, Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi expressed pleasure with the implementation speed and praised the state's commitment to transparency and accountability in fund utilization.
