Dausa, July 31 (NationPress) The Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court, Sriram Kalpati Rajendran, officially opened the newly built extension of the District Court in Dausa on Thursday.
In his speech, he highlighted the necessity of durability and quality within public infrastructure, expressing, “I anticipate that the PWD has taken measures to ensure this building remains robust for at least 50 years.”
Reflecting on recent tragedies reported in the media, the Chief Justice remarked, “We frequently witness news of school buildings collapsing, resulting in the loss of innocent lives. This serves as a reminder that we must approach our work with utmost dedication, pouring our heart and soul into it.”
Addressing the legal community, he stated, “The court is the temple of justice, and the advocates serve as its priests.”
“When a devotee (client) approaches seeking justice, it is your responsibility to advocate for them earnestly, ensuring they receive the justice they deserve from God.”
He further expressed, “God is omnipotent, and I trust in His divine plan. All that occurs is by His will; we are merely His instruments. It may very well be God who has chosen the essence of Justice Sriram KR to dispense justice to the people of Rajasthan.
The new extension of the District Court in Dausa boasts modern facilities aimed at accessibility and efficiency. It includes fully equipped courtrooms, ramps and elevators for the elderly and differently-abled, as well as provisions for clean drinking water.
Additionally, dedicated rooms for video conferencing have been established to enhance case management and ease for litigants. This advancement is anticipated to optimize the judicial processes within the district.
Justice Sriram Kalpati Rajendran was sworn in as the 43rd Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court on July 21.
The oath was administered by Governor Haribhau Bagde at Raj Bhavan, attended by Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani, Deputy Chief Ministers Diya Kumari and Premchand Bairwa, alongside other cabinet officials.
