Patna, Sep 10 (NationPress) Jan Suraaj Chief Prashant Kishor delivered pointed political criticisms against both the BJP and Bihar’s Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday, while also promising significant reforms for the state’s populace.

During a substantial public gathering at the Bhagwanpur Block Office Ground in the Bachhwara Assembly constituency of Begusarai district, part of his ongoing Bihar Badlaav Yatra, Kishor alleged that top officials surrounding Nitish Kumar have acquired properties abroad.

Challenging Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Kishor stated, “Nitish Kumar is an honest Chief Minister of a corrupt government. Some Ministers and officers around him have bought property in Australia, England, and South Africa with looted money, while the citizens of Bihar are forced to endure poverty. If Jan Suraaj comes to power in November, every such individual will be imprisoned and their assets seized.”

When questioned about Bachhwara being the Assembly constituency of Bihar's Sports Minister Surendra Mehta, Kishor remarked, “This is the land of revolutionaries. No significant movement in the country has ever been complete without the involvement of Begusarai.”

He further challenged BJP leaders, asserting, “If any leader is brave enough, let them gather as many people as I did today and convene a meeting here. It will then be evident who the true leader is and who merely exists on social media.”

Kishor also outlined vital promises, declaring that this year will mark the last Diwali and Chhath of Bihar's struggles, after which the youth will no longer have to migrate for job opportunities in other states.

He committed to bringing back 50 lakh youths of Bihar and providing them with employment opportunities ranging from Rs 10,000 to 12,000 per month within the state.

Furthermore, every person over 60 years will receive a monthly pension of Rs 2,000.

“Until government schools improve, the state government will cover private school tuition fees for children under 15 years old, ensuring that underprivileged children can also receive education in English-medium institutions,” Kishor emphasized.

Kishor's bold statements and ambitious pledges have once again invigorated the political landscape in Bihar, as his Bihar Badlaav Yatra continues to gain traction.
