Kar rape and murder victim, who claimed that Ghosh has settled the case with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in exchange for money on behalf of the West Bengal government.
In a post on his official social media, Ghosh stated that the victim's father is indulging in outrageous fabrications and theatrics.
“The victim's father asserts that the CBI has received funds, alleging that I met them at the CGO Complex office to make arrangements. Such statements are beyond the pale of truth. I empathize with a grieving father, but the authenticity of the claims being made against me must be scrutinized. What basis do you have for making these erroneous allegations?” Ghosh inquired.
